Pep Labs is a personal record-keeping and organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, sourcing, prescribing, or dosing recommendations.
The website can collect waitlist and contact messages. The app may collect user-entered records and optional account data when you choose to use cloud, AI, purchase, or health integration features.
Information we may collect
Website and support data
When you submit a form or email support, we may collect your name, email address, message, topic, and technical information needed to receive and respond to the request.
Account data
If accounts are enabled, we may collect your email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, support history, and settings.
User-entered app records
You may choose to enter logs, schedules, inventory notes, reconstitution calculations, body map notes, side effects, check-ins, weight, nutrition entries, photos, reports, and other personal records.
Optional health and device integrations
If you connect supported health or wearable integrations, Pep Labs may process data you authorize, such as sleep, activity, weight, heart rate, or related metrics. You can disconnect integrations through the app or platform settings where available.
AI feature data
If you use AI-assisted summaries, chat, image scan, or insight features, the relevant prompts, inputs, images, records, and generated outputs may be processed to provide that feature and maintain safety boundaries.
Diagnostics and usage data
We may collect app version, device type, crash reports, performance logs, and basic usage events to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
- To provide app features, support requests, waitlist updates, and account access.
- To sync records when you choose cloud features.
- To process subscriptions and app-store purchase status.
- To generate reports, summaries, reminders, and AI-assisted organization features.
- To prevent abuse, protect security, debug issues, and improve reliability.

How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Pep Labs, such as hosting, database, authentication, support, email, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, payment, and app-store providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets.
Your choices and rights
- You can choose what records to enter into the app.
- You can choose whether to use optional sync, AI, photo, notification, or health integration features.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of account-associated data by contacting support.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting support.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records you choose to keep, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Deletion requests may be limited where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, or backup operations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so Pep Labs cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pep Labs is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International users
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
