Pep Labs is a personal organization and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, sourcing, or dosing recommendations.
You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. Do not use Pep Labs for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or decisions that require professional medical judgment.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for following applicable laws and regulations, and for using Pep Labs only for lawful purposes. Pep Labs does not verify the safety, legality, identity, quality, source, or suitability of any compound, product, medication, supplement, or protocol you record.
Accounts and security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
App records and user content
You keep ownership of the records and content you enter. You grant Pep Labs the limited rights needed to operate, secure, sync, process, back up, display, analyze, and support the features you choose to use.
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
Subscriptions and app-store billing
If paid features are offered, purchases and subscriptions may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management may be governed by those provider terms in addition to these terms.
AI and calculator features
AI-assisted features and calculator tools can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are provided for organization and record review only. They must not be used as medical advice, dosing advice, interaction advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
You should independently verify any output and consult a qualified professional before relying on information for health-related decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Pep Labs, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, submit malicious code, overload systems, scrape data at scale, or use Pep Labs to violate laws or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Pep Labs may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or business needs change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Third-party services
Pep Labs may integrate with app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics, crash reporting, AI providers, health platforms, and other third-party services. Pep Labs is not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or data practices.
Disclaimers
Pep Labs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Pep Labs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, health outcomes, or reliance on app content or outputs.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, misused the service, or if continuing to provide the service is not legally, technically, or commercially feasible.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Pep Labs handles information. By using Pep Labs, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
